Raji brings extensive leadership experience in strategy, finance, treasury, risk, human resources and legal and compliance. With more than 30 years of experience, Raji has served in CFO and other management positions at private and Private Equity owned construction, engineering technology, pharma, and financial services companies with operations in the US, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Asia.

Raji is currently the President of TRD Associates, LLC., providing business advisory services to small and medium enterprises. Most recently, she served in CFO roles at Sargent & Greenleaf and The Concrete Company with responsibilities in Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR functions. Prior to this, she served as Vice President, Business & Sales Operations and Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis at Aptuit, LLC., and as Vice President, Operations and Chief Administrative Officer/Finance Head at General Reinsurance Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Raji holds an MBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a Chartered Accountant.
