Meredith Tapper is the Head of Transformation Strategy for Global Financial Crimes Investigations at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that role, she held senior in-house counsel and compliance roles at Morgan Stanley for 10 years, within the Wealth Management and Private Banking spaces, and previously worked as an associate in the Finance practices of two major law firms. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western University in London, Canada and an Honors Business Administration degree from Western's Richard Ivey School of Business. Throughout her pro bono and volunteering history, Meredith has worked with various organizations focused on women's economic empowerment, human rights (including anti-sex trafficking, asylum applications, and care for refugees and displaced people), and career-related mentoring within her community.
