Aditi is the Program Officer for Women First’s South Asia portfolio of partners. Prior to her work with Women First, Aditi consulted with international feminist funds primarily in the area of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.

As a South Asian woman, she aspires to practice values rooted in intersectional feminism that are at once inclusive and equitable. She firmly believes institutional change can be instigated by advocacy as well as a shift in public policy influenced by community-led efforts and cumulative movement building.

Aditi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from St. Xavier’s College, Bombay and a Master’s in English Literature.

On weekends, you would find her reading, playing with her foster cats or crocheting baubles for her friends.
